Our study focuses on the potential to positively impact brain function by cultivating a more optimistic mindset. Previous participants in a similar study documented notable improvements in various aspects of their lives, including enhanced quality of life, relationships, and sleep (Robert A. Emmons, Michael McCullough - "Counting Blessings Versus Burdens").
As part of this experiment, individuals are encouraged to engage in a simple practice: jot down three positive moments each evening. After trying this exercise for one week, participants can assess its effects and make an informed decision about continuing.
